There will be no sharing of resources on the day so please remember to bring all resources that you have received from us.  Your tutor will not have any spares to offer you on the day.

You will need to bring writing material and paper for any additional note taking and you are advised to wear warm, comfortable exercise clothing and trainers. We have identified the possible Covid-19 transmission risks and have taken measures to reduce them. This essentially involves reducing contact points (with surfaces/resources), increasing proximity between people, maintaining regular hand washing and sanitising throughout the day and the wearing of masks when not involved with exercise based tasks. We respectfully ask that you support us/everyone in doing all we can to keep each other safe, and get on with enjoying the course. Your tutor/s will be wearing protective visors throughout the day. You are not required to wear a mask during the practical/exercise-based workshops.
