There will be no sharing of resources on the day so please remember to bring all resources that you have received from us, plus your own mat. Your tutor will not have any spares to offer you on the day.
You will need to bring writing material and paper for any additional note taking and you are advised to wear warm, comfortable exercise clothing and trainers. We have identified the possible Covid-19 transmission risks and have taken measures to reduce them. This essentially involves maintaining regular hand washing and sanitising throughout the day. We respectfully ask that you support us/everyone in doing all we can to keep each other safe, and get on with enjoying the course.
