Upon online enrolment you will be sent, by post, the course training manual. This resource will be required throughout the training. Other learning resources will be provided as download documents during the course. You will also receive an email with an enrolment key (password) to access the Functional Fitness MOT at Home course on the Later Life Training e-learning portal.

Face to face training dates will be done remotely via Microsoft Teams on the e-learning portal at the times listed below. The course requires a minimum of 16 hours of work to carry out self-directed work on-line and includes reading the manual and other materials, watching PowerPoints and completing online tasks. Timelines for completion will be set and must be adhered to. The completion of the online tasks is mandatory in order to receive a certificate of completion. LLT tutors will monitor and support completion of these tasks. Please check that you are able to meet the requirements of the Later Life Training e-learning portal with regards to access to suitable internet connections and software requirements. Both face to face sessions will be done remotely via Microsoft Teams on our e-learning portal, these will be on the following days:
- Monday 5th June 2023 from 5pm – 6.15pm
- Monday 19th June 2023 from 7pm – 8.15pm
