Please meet at reception, where you will be directed to the training room.
There is limited free parking available at the venue.
There are no facilities at the venue to purchase lunch, therefore we recommend bringing a packed lunch. A sandwich van also visits the site.
The day runs from 9am – 4.30pm. Course hand-outs will be provided on the day.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and footwear and bring additional materials for taking notes.
