FaME and OTAGO as Dance OR Structured Exercise Formats? LLT Statement

Recently, LLT have been working with Dance to Health to increase strength and balance opportunities for older people. We have had a number of queries on the adaptation of FaME/OEP into dance and its effectiveness. To support our PSIs and OEP Leaders, and commissioners of services, we have issued a statement which can be read here.
