Online Learning Date:
Enrolment: Monday 18th March 2024

On your enrolment date you will be enrolled onto our e-learning portal, this is the date your manual will also be posted out. The online aspect of your learning is to be completed in your own time, but before attending your face to face training days. Please be aware the online learning will take a minimum of 10 hours to complete.

Upon online enrolment you will be sent, by post, the course training manual. This resource will be required throughout the training. Other learning resources will be provided handed out on your face to face day by your tutor. You will also receive an email with an enrolment key (password) to access the Functional Fitness MOT course on the Later Life Training e-learning portal.

The course requires a minimum of 10 hours of work to carry out self-directed work on-line and includes reading the manual and other materials, watching PowerPoints and completing online tasks. Timelines for completion will be set and must be adhered to. The completion of the online tasks is mandatory in order to receive a certificate of completion. LLT tutors will monitor and support completion of these tasks. Please check that you are able to meet the requirements of the Later Life Training e-learning portal with regards to access to suitable internet connections and software requirements. Please meet in the entrance foyer where you will be directed to the training room.
There is free parking available at the venue.
Please bring a packed lunch, alternatively there's a sandwich shop within a 5 minute walk, or Tesco a 5 minute drive away. Tea and Coffee will be provided.

Please wear suitable clothing for gentle exercise and bring materials for taking notes.
