|Monday 12th February 2024
On your enrolment date you will be enrolled onto our e-learning portal, this is the date your manual will also be posted out. The online aspect of your learning is to be completed in your own time, but before attending your face to face training days. Please be aware the online learning will take approximately 8-12 hours to complete.
Upon online enrolment you will be sent, by post, the course training manuals. These resources must be brought on all face to face training days. You will also receive an email with an enrolment key (password) to access the online training portal. A minimum of 8 to 12 hours will be required to carry out online work, which include reading manuals, watching PPTs and completing online tasks. Timelines for completion will be set and must be adhered to. Please note that completion of all online tasks is mandatory and form part of the assessment requirements. Please check that you are able to meet the requirements of the blended learning approach with regard to access to suitable internet connections and software requirements. The minimum browser version that can be used is: Google Chrome (30+), Mozilla Firefox (25+) and Safari 6. We recommend that work is not carried out on a tablet or smartphone.
