Logic Model for FaME (PSI) falls prevention sessions – for Commissioners

A LOGIC model for the implementation of FaME has been published in the EMRAN journal. You can download the model here. This is part of the PhISICAL study where Dr Elizabeth Orton and colleagues are exploring the implementation of FaME sessions led by PSIs in Nottingham, Derby and surrounding areas. You can read the full protocol of the work here – and at the end of 2018 we expect an Implementation Manual for Commissioners of services helping in the set up of an evidence based falls service.
